The End of a Decade

What have you accomplished since 2010? What did you put on the back burner for “later” over the past 9, almost 10 years? How many times did you set a New Year’s Resolution and not stick to it?

They say it takes two months to form a habit that becomes automatic. You have exactly two months remaining in the decade- just enough time to form a new habit. What will it be?

I’m co-hosting a bootcamp NOW focused on forming habits for the new year. (We aren’t using our future New Year’s Resolution as an excuse not to workout NOW!) We’re going to show up everyday for the last 60 days and see just how big of an impact 60 days can have on our health, fitness and lives. Are you in? Send me a message!

This is the end of a decade.

Make it count.

If not now, when?

What you’ll get:

– Access to thousands of workout routines for the whole year (accessed anywhere online or in the app!)

– 1-on-1 coaching with yours truly

– A workout program for your specific needs

– A month’s supply of pre and post workout or superfood powder

– An accountability team of strong women

– Meal plans

– Workout materials

Comment below if you want to take advantage of the rest of this decade!

I help women become strong, not skinny. I'm married to my high school sweetheart; we were in a long distance relationship for 8 years before getting married, and even now are still occasionally in a long distance relationship. I love sunshine/warmth, cute dogs, working out, motivational quotes, spending time with my husband, and cooking. Follow me on Instagram: @SarahAClymer
